Review: The Lover Hunt by Jess Michaels
Published October 13th 2009 by HarperCollins e-books
My Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Lady Carolyn Riverton is known for the string of lovers she has left in her wake. However, now she finds she has two potential paramours vying for their place in her bed. Both Alec Hamilton and Stephen Dubois have their talents, so it may take having both men to determine who is the right one for her.
What a problem The Lover Hunt gives! Who to choose for a lover? Setting up a threesome seems the most practical solution.
Somehow this novelette would have been comfortable set either in the modern age or a hundred years ago! Such is the gift of Jess Michaels. Though most likely the girlfriends would be sipping Margaritas rather than tea.
Carolyn, Lady Riverton has slipped into a role open for most wealthy young widows. She can have lovers of her choice and her freedom, something not usually an option for single women in the past.
Caro follows through on a suggestion given by one of her friends to fulfill a fantasy and ask two possible lovers to her bed at the same time. Given the descriptions of Alec and Stephan, any woman would be pressed to choose in this situation. Greek god or Latin lover? Hmmm...
It's a truly steamy encounter that unfolds a few nights later. Unfortunately, it's such a great one that Caro still has the same problem! But now she has two very skilled lovers who are so willing to help her make a decision.
This shouldn't be the end! It would make a terrific prequel to an M/F/M I'm sure a lot of people would love to get their hands on.
